Hi, I’m Rachel Avery, founder of Madison Realty Solutions.

Madison Realty Solutions provides professional mobile notary and loan signing services throughout Southern Indiana, along with Remote Online Notarization and select real estate services. My goal is to provide dependable, detail-oriented support to individuals, businesses, title companies, lenders, and real estate professionals while making every transaction as smooth and convenient as possible.

My career has been rooted in real estate for more than 15 years. I began in loan origination before moving into title and closing operations, where I spent more than a decade working with national title companies. That experience gave me an extensive understanding of residential real estate transactions, loan documentation, title and closing procedures, and the importance of accuracy at every stage of a transaction.

I also owned and operated a successful mobile notary business in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Today, I have taken that experience together under Madison Realty Solutions to provide professional, flexible service throughout Southern Indiana.

I am an Indiana commissioned Notary Public, approved Remote Online Notary (RON), NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent, licensed Indiana Title Producer (TIPIC), and licensed Indiana Real Estate Broker. This combination of experience and credentials allows me to understand a transaction from more than just the signature line, which is something I believe is valuable when handling important real estate and loan documents.

Madison Realty Solutions offers mobile appointments, Remote Online Notarization, flexible scheduling, and concierge-style service designed to meet clients where they are. Whether that means traveling to a home, business, healthcare facility, title office, or another convenient location, my focus is always on professionalism, clear communication, accuracy, and a positive experience for everyone involved.
